Today is World Smile Day! Our students received World Smile Day bracelets thanks to Robert Byrd (Farmer's Insurance) and our wonderful PTO bought all of our staff members their favorite sonic drink today!

Thank you to Brookland Sonic for donating free medium cherry limeade coupons! These will be given out to our "Kind Kinders" each month. Students will vote in their classrooms on a classmate to receive this award.
On Monday we celebrated our September birthday students! They enjoyed a cookie from Crumbl Cookies of Jonesboro and they received a "Happy Birthday" bracelet from the school counselor, Mrs. Curtis.

Next week (Oct. 2nd-6th) is Homecoming! Here are the dress up days for Brookland Primary.
The Flu Shot Clinic will be held at the Primary on Monday, Oct. 2nd. Flu shots will be administered by the Craighead County Health Department. Forms will be going home soon and must be returned by Friday, Sept. 29th. Students will only receive the vaccine if all parts of the consent forms are completed. Cheer and Dance will be hosting a Peewee Cheer Clinic on Oct 17th with the performance at the home football game on Friday, Oct. 20th. Registration is due by Oct. 6th. Forms will be sent home. Online sign up using the jotform is the preferred method. Cost is $50 and the theme is going to be PINK OUT with BARBIE!!
