Congratulations to Aubree Loggins for being voted the 7th grade Student of the Month for March!!! One of Aubree's teachers stated, "There is not enough room to write all of the amazing things about Aubree. She loves everyone and is always smiling. Although Aubree cannot speak with words, she works very hard to learn ways to communicate with her eyes and some gestures. Aubree loves school and is so excited to get here each day. It's an event like no other, A Total Solar Eclipse! Our Bearcat Nation has made plans for our students to experience this event through activities for fun and learning. Brookland will be in session on Monday, April 8, 2024 for this awesome event. Primary is serving Moon Pies and Sun Chips while having inside and outside activities until the event. Elementary will be having picnics and organized activities before, during and after the event. Middle School, Jr. & Sr. High have learning experiences planned and we are doing live streaming of the event for those not wishing to go outside. We also realize some of you will want to experience this phenomenon with your children and we completely understand. All we ask is that you, as a parent or guardian, send a note to us here at the school to let us know and that absence will be excused. Doing Things, The Bearcat Way!!!
