Brookland High School Student Council students spent part of the break shopping in preparation for a wish granting that will take place during Friday's Homecoming Pep Rally. The Jr. High and High School will be sponsoring the wish of one our Elementary Make-A-Wish kids. #bearcatproud

On Monday at 8am, Brookland Public Schools will begin accepting School Choice Applications for the 2024-25 school year. Applications must be submitted to the administration building at 601 N. Carleigh McClung was the top shooter for the whole tournament with 283 which included 2 rounds of 50 which is perfect and has the second highest score for girls in the whole state as of Saturday once scores are finalized.
Braxton Woodard was the top Brookland junior high shooter with a 240. He placed 4th in the boys individual.
Anna Harrell was the top Brookland junior high girl with a 238.

"Empowering Women: Brookland Primary Building hosted a women's self-defense class on Tuesday Night, December 12: Attendees honed crucial self-defense skills, fostering a safer community environment."

The Junior High Girls' Choir was such a big hit singing at the Capitol today that they were invited to tour the Senate Chambers!
The Junior High Band Christmas Concert performance tonight was awesome! All the musicians have spent countless hours practicing and it showed! Wow! Great job! Mr. Hogard, Mr. Lyons, and Mr. Pearson are continuing to build an already excellent and state renown program!
