First graders used algorithms (step-by-step directions) to code floor robots through their own mazes! The more specific the directions the better! 🤖⬅️➡️⬆️⬇️

2nd graders created Mini Mayflowers last week during CAT time with Ms. Hembrey. They tested their ships to see how many pilgrims (Pennies) each one would hold.

Mrs Davidson’s class had a busy week before Thanksgiving! Mystery Readers, Bounce Houses, and our Thanksgiving food day made for a fun filled week!

A huge thank you to Brynn’s mom, Mrs. Green, for being a Mystery Reader in Mrs. Clark’s class. She read “Humble Pie”, and brought us cute bookmarks to color to remind us to always be thankful, kind and humble! We loved having her.❤️🐾📚

Our buildings were very briefly placed in a "Soft" lockdown due to a situation off campus. A "Soft" lock down means that classes continue but no students are outside. We are now back to business as usual!
Mrs. Faulkenberry’s class has been working on the two sounds of “ea” so they had a “Tea Party” enjoying some hot tea and shortbread cookies! ☕️🫖🍪
