Mrs. Chastain’s 5th grade Literacy classes played Thesis Throwdown! Students wrote a thesis statement and then switched with partners. They had to draw and create new thesis statements based on the drawings. We had several winners who focused on their opinion and gave 3 reasons to support their claim! 📝 🐾

Mrs. Buttgen’s students had fun while learning to multiply two-digit numbers by using giant dice to create and solve numbers. 🎲

Mrs. Chastain’s 6th grade Literacy classes worked together to place puzzle pieces of an argumentative text in the correct order. They read, “You’ve Got a Pizza My Heart” and identified the thesis statement, body paragraphs, and conclusion. 🍕 ❤️

Happy Boss's Day to two of the best administrators around! Mr. Wright and Mr. Baltz, we appreciate all that you do for us!
