Complete the Agreement Form if you give permission for your 6th grade student to take a Chromebook home. Complete and return the optional insurance below. Please note that the insurance offered is through a 3rd party. If there is an issue with the assigned Chromebook, follow the steps provided by the insurance. The school will provide a loaner that is not allowed to be taken home. Insurance does not apply to the loaner.
