Brookland's spelling bee winner is Ryland Waters, with 2nd place going to Juliet Jones, 3rd place to Camilla Gillespie, and Noah Tate as Alternate. All will advance to the county spelling bee.

Junior High and High School athletes participated in the Special Olympics bowling competition last week. Everyone bowled as an individual. Of the 13 athletes who went, 11 received gold medals and 2 received silver medals. #Bearcats

Thank you to the everyone who put together and participated in Friday's Veterans Program. Thank you Chris Henick for taking the time to come speak and inspire our students. And most of all, THANK YOU to each Veteran who attended our program and to every Veteran who has served this nation to help protect our freedoms and our lives. May we all take a moment today to remember and honor our Veterans.

BHS & BJHS both took Grand Champion, along with several high point awards & BMS had an awesome exhibition! These young ladies have worked hard and continue to earn rewards for that work!! The Brookland Junior High 2023 Competition Dance Season has come to an end! The BJHS Dance Team earned a total of 12 first place trophies, Overall Jazz Award, Judge’s Choice Award for Execution in Jazz Technique, and OVERALL GRAND CHAMPS! Great job ladies and Coach Reynolds! #bearcatproud
