Congratulations to our choirs for their successful assessment at State! Concert Choir received Superior ratings as well as the Sweepstakes award for Consecutive Superior ratings from all judges at the Region & State Level in both performance and sight-reading. Treble Chorus received Superior Ratings at Region and Excellent Ratings at State. If you see these choir kids, please congratulate them!

Seniors that plan to attend ASU-Newport in the Fall, please check your school email. Ms. Trotter sent out important information about the ASU-Newport Plan Event. ASU-Newport will be here April 20th to help register those going to ASUN for classes. You will need to sign up through the Google form that was sent through the school email for this.

Do you want a backstage pass to Jonesboro? Do you want to learn more about living and working in Jonesboro? If so, watch the video about Jr. Leadership that Mrs. McClung emailed to you and fill out and return the application that is also in the email, to see if you can be a representative for Brookland High School for the 2022-2023 Jr. Leadership Team. If selected, you will have hands-on leadership experience while learning about our industries, city and county government, healthcare, community service, and much more. Jr. Leadership is an amazing opportunity to form relationships that will last a lifetime. See Mrs. McClung with specific questions.

Students that have no unexcused absences and no discipline referrals for 3rd
quarter are eligible to attend the PBIS reward trip. A list of those eligible will
be in the office window. Please don't bother Mrs. Alyson about absences. You should be able to access absences in HAC.
We will be going to the Paragould Cinema 8 to watch the Secrets of Dumbledore(PG-13) on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Students must get a permission form and return it with $7 to Mrs. Granier if you are a Senior(12), Mrs. Hatton if you are a Junior (11th) and Mrs. Duncan if you are a Sophomore (10th) by Thursday, April 14. The $7 will pay for the movie, popcorn, and a soda. The concession stand will also be open for additional purchases.

The CCJPL (public library) will be giving a FREE ACT practice test this Saturday, April 16th @ 9AM in the Round Room at the Jonesboro branch.
Each month, the library offers a free practice ACT test on the third Saturday of the month at 9:00AM
Just a reminder of the St. Bernard's Athletic Physicals this Sunday at FNB Arena.
Athletes can attend the physicals anytime between 11-3.
