The parking lot in front of the auditorium will be closed Friday for our tailgate that afternoon. Faculty members who park in front of the high school should park in the new parking lot on either side of the arena and students who are displaced will park in the chat lot across from the football field and the faculty parking in front of the high school.
All 7-12th grade Drama Club members (including all FAME cast & crew members) that are not in SLT need to meet with Mrs. BBrewer in her classroom on Wednesday (Sept 27th) during 7th period to receive fundraising materials and information.
There will be one more order made for #superslade shirts. If you would like to order one the absolute deadline is Friday morning by 10 am.

Homecoming Dance, Sept. 29th, following the football game from 9pm-11pm in the auditorium.
The charity portion of Football Homecoming will benefit Make a Wish. Through 3:05 Thursday, spirit links will be sold 2 for $1 to students in grades 10-12. A class must raise at least $100 to receive any homecoming points. The class with the most raised per capita will win this portion of the homecoming competition. One link will be chosen from the winning class and that student will receive a gift card. Spirit links may be bought from Mrs. Jones.
Tuesday ALL Seniors will go to the auditorium 7th period for a presentation from U of A.
Habitat for Humanity will meet during 7th period, Thursday, October 5. Meet in Dr. Bowman's room.
Any student in grades 9-12 interested in joining art club (Arkansas Young Artists Association) please sign up with the google class room code hanging outside by Mrs. Hattons door and pay your $15 fees by Oct. 31. Make checks out to BHS. You do not have to currently be in an art class to be eligible to join.
Anyone that would like to join FCCLA need to pay their dues to Mrs. Paslay by September 29th.

Juniors class dues $10 pay to Mrs. Reddell.
Sophomore class dues $8 pay to Mrs. Jones.
Any 10th or 11th grader wanting to take the PSAT on October 11th need to sign up with Ms. Barkley and pay $16 ASAP. There are only 30 spots available and it will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Mr. Bearcat pageant will be October 21st. Information packets are in the office.
The High School Cheer Team is selling Raffle tickets for a Pelican 55 Quart Wheeled Cooler and a 30 Quart YETI bag cooler. Tickets are $3 each or 4 for $10. The drawing will be held on October 13 at the Brookland vs. Westside game. You do not have to be present to win.
