Registration and New School Year Information

If you are registering a child for the 2018-2019 school year, please review the following: 


Kindergarten Enrollment Packet
1st-2nd Grade Enrollment Packet (available soon)

The following information is necessary to complete your application:

Proof of Residence (a current water bill or electric bill with parent name and address)
Child's Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Social Security Card
Physical (not required for registration) but will need to start in August.

Because of Winn Dixie

Brookland Elementary is excited to announce our next One Book, One School -  "Because of Winn-Dixie." In this delightful book, Opal learns that making friends in a new town is never easy! However, when she adopts a stray dog she names after the grocery store where she found him, she learns that friendship – and forgiveness – can sneak up on you like a sudden storm.  (Find out more at https://www.katedicamillo.com/books/bowd.html ) We will begin reading our book the first week in March and continue through April.

Istation Home Access

Students have home access in their subscription, including interactive books and Ipractice. Parents will also have access to the parent portal. They can log in to the website using their student’s log-in credentials to check on progress and will have access to additional books and games that they can use with their child.
