R.I.S.E. (Reading Initiative for Student Excellence) Arkansas encourages a culture of reading by coordinating a statewide reading campaign with community partners, parents, and teachers to establish the importance of reading in homes, schools, and communities.

2nd B.R.A.G. Program
Bearcats Reaching a Goal
We are beginning a new volunteer opportunity called B.R.A.G. As a volunteer, you will be helping a struggling reader foster of a love of reading and become a more confident reader. If you are interested in this ten week commitment, please fill out our B.R.A.G. volunteer reading program application below. Currently, there are a limited number of slots and you will be contacted if you are partnered with a student. Please contact Mrs. Despain with more information (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Istation Home Access
Students have home access in their subscription, including interactive books and Ipractice. Parents will also have access to the parent portal. They can log in to the website using their student’s log-in credentials to check on progress and will have access to additional books and games that they can use with their child. Parental Involvement Plan
